Casement windows in Southampton & Hampshire
Casement windows are hinged at the side and open outward, giving a clean, uninterrupted view. They’re the most widely fitted window style in the UK, and suit almost any property type, from period terraces to modern extensions.
Every window is made to measure for your property, not cut down from a standard size, using Liniar’s 70mm uPVC system — built for UK weather and fitted by our own installation team, with no subcontractors.

Casement window FAQs
What are the maintenance requirements?+
A simple wipe with a mild detergent keeps the frames in good condition, and a light oil applied to the opening mechanisms once a year keeps them running smoothly.
What makes Liniar’s bubble gasket better?+
Liniar’s patented co-extruded bubble gasket delivers a continuous seal around the whole frame, where traditional seals can fail at the corners.
Chamfered vs. sculptured frames — what’s the difference?+
Sculptured offers a traditional, curved profile appearance; chamfered is a contemporary, bevelled finish. Both use the same 70mm system underneath.
Should I choose double or triple glazing?+
Triple glazing offers a higher energy rating, but 28mm double glazing is already efficient for most homes. Our recommendation depends on window size and setup — we’ll advise at survey.
